Delivery Information

We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 14 working days of payment being received. Orders are sent via Australia Post service. New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post Airmail.


Cost:

The Cost of Postage and Handling is $9.95 for the first dvd ordered and $2.50 for each subsequent dvd included in the same order. We attempt to let you know before you order if a product is temporarily out of stock. However, occasionally the supplier may run out of a product that is usually in stock. If this occurs, we will do everything we can to get the product to you as soon as possible. If there will be an extended delay, we will attempt to notify you and seek your instructions.


Order Cancellation

Any paid orders not fulfilled and/or received within 21 days, customers will be notified and paid amounts will be refunded after 7 days of the 21 days of delivery time.
